Founded in 1983 by Florie and her daughter Lynn, That Personal Touch began as a family-run shop in New Canaan, CT, dedicated to transforming gifts into lasting memories. Today, Lynn and her husband Mitch continue that legacy with expert engraving on both in-store products and items customers bring in. We can engrave on nearly any material, offering:

Our standard turnaround time for personalized orders is typically one week. However, we do offer a same-day service for an additional fee if you need your item customized urgently.
