Founded in 1983 by Florie and her daughter Lynn, That Personal Touch began as a small engraving gift shop with a passion for turning items into meaningful keepsakes. Today, Lynn and her husband Mitch continue that family tradition, personally handling every engraving with care and precision - all done on-site.
With over 40 years of experience, we’re experts in custom engraving and personalization, working on a wide range of materials and items - whether purchased from our shop or brought in by customers. From awards and jewelry to leather goods and glassware, if it can be engraved, we can do it.

Our standard turnaround time for personalized orders is 1 week. However, we do offer a same-day service for an additional fee if you need your item customized urgently.
